Founding Story
Nécessaire was founded in 2018 by Randi Christiansen, a former Estée Lauder executive, and Nick Axelrod-Welk, an editorial veteran and co-founder of Into The Gloss. The Los Angeles-based brand was created to bring a facial-skincare ethos to body care by treating the body's skin with high-quality ingredients.
