Velvet Eyewear® Launches New Polarized Collection Designed Exclusively for Women

New collection combines polarized lens technology, 100% UV protection, and women-first design while supporting a more informed approach to eye protection.

Velvet Eyewear® has expanded its women's eyewear offering with the launch of a new polarized collection, bringing together glare-reducing lens technology, 100% UV protection, and the brand's signature focus on fit, shape, and color. Founded by eyewear designer Cindy Hussey, Velvet Eyewear® has spent more than two decades creating eyewear exclusively for women. The new collection reflects the brand's continued commitment to designing frames that complement a woman's features while delivering everyday comfort and protection. "As women become more intentional about skincare, SPF, and wellness, sunglasses deserve a place in that conversation," says Hussey. "The eyes and the delicate skin surrounding them are exposed to the sun every day. A great pair of sunglasses should not only look beautiful but also provide the protection women need and the comfort that encourages them to wear them consistently." The polarized collection features fashion-forward silhouettes in a range of colors and shapes designed to complement a variety of face shapes and personal styles. Each style includes 100% UV protection and polarized lenses that help reduce glare for a more comfortable visual experience. Hussey believes that fit remains one of the most overlooked aspects of eye protection. "Better fit leads to better protection," she explains. "When sunglasses fit comfortably and flatter a woman's features, they become part of her everyday routine."
